We want you to love every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
What’s Eligible?
- New, unworn items with original tags and packaging.
- Defective or damaged goods (please include photos).
- Wrong item received.
Non-Returnable Items
- Undergarments, swimwear, and socks for hygiene reasons.
- Custom-made or personalised products.
- Items marked “Final Sale”.
How to Return
- Log in to your account → My Orders.
- Select the order → click Return Item.
- Print the prepaid return label (UK only) or follow the instructions.
- Drop the parcel at any Royal Mail post office.
Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the item. You’ll receive an email confirmation.
